We had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful Northumberland coast and surrounding towns during our stay at Sandridge Villa. The location was perfect for our planned tour, and the friendly atmosphere of the little town made us feel incredibly welcome. We were delighted by the thoughtful gesture of cake and chocolates upon our arrival. The cottage itself was stunning, with top-quality furnishings and numerous little extras that made us feel truly at home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the well-fitted bathrooms even had soap, shower gel, and shampoo dispensers! Additionally, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Being just a minute away from the beach and with local shops and eateries close by, the convenience was unbeatable.
We highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing Christmas at this seaside cottage. The owners have really thought of everything, from the quality fittings to the little extras. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were well fitted with soap and other toiletries. The beach was just a minute away, and there were plenty of local shops and eateries nearby. We also enjoyed the fantastic sea views and the opportunity for lots of walks in the area.
The only thing that could have improved our stay was a small fenced off area in the backyard for our dog or young child to play safely. Additionally, we found that if we used the downstairs bathroom, the water to the upstairs was restricted.

Great location, just seconds from the beach and a few minutes from the shops. the cottage was beautifully decorated and felt like a real home. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Limited facilities for eating out in the area, with a fairly limited take away scene. the town itself is quiet, so a car is essential to explore the nearby coast, towns, and villages for more dining options.

It's perfectly located just a stone's throw away from the beach, which made our daily walks so convenient. The cottage was beautifully decorated and maintained, giving it a cozy and homey feel. It was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach and in easy reach of many beautiful day trips, including beaches, castles, and country parks.
One minor issue for me was that the TV was placed too high for comfortable viewing. However, my husband and daughter didn't have the same problem and thoroughly enjoyed the reclining 2-seater in the evenings.

The house at Sandridge was a perfect holiday retreat for us. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the little touches like the chocolates, card, and cake left for us upon arrival. The owners really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was fantastic, just a few steps away from the beach, shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed the stunning sea views and went for lovely walks in the area. The house was also dog-friendly, with a dog bed and water bowls provided, which we really appreciated. our stay at Sandridge exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it.
While there were no major drawbacks, a small fenced-off area in the backyard would be beneficial for the safety of dogs or young children. Additionally, it took a bit of guesswork to find the rear of the property, as the alleyways were not clearly labeled.
